Refund Policy

You are entitled to refund if the maintenance fees payable to JMB is exceed more than RM2000 of the bill.

For any other services purchased, you are only entitled to refund before the delivery date is confirmed.

All processing fees or bank charges shall be borne by you. If you make subscription fee payment via your reseller, the refund shall be made by your reseller to you.
